What is FSB Events all about?
FSB Events is a full service planning and floral design company, offering services for weddings and special events.

How long have you been doing events and how did you become a planner and designer?
Starting our full time planning and design company began in 2003. I always love organizing events and when I got married I fell in love
with it. Floral design was also a passion of mine that I absolutely loved.  
I decided to enroll in Georgia Perimeter College to pursue the wedding coordination and floral design certificate program. After
completing the course I realize instantly that I was doing something I loved and could help so many brides have the wedding of their
dreams.  
As I started doing many weddings I notice that there was a need for professional full service wedding planners to assist brides and
grooms that was having a hard time knowing how and where to start with the process.

Do you work alone or do you have help?
FSB Events is a team, we have dedicated floral designers and dedicated planners who help us with each event. Planning an event
takes a lot of people and our staff is professionally trained and has been working with us for a very long time now.  

We love your services and your portfolio, everything sounds fantastic. Can you tell me what sets you apart from all the other event
planners?
  
FSB Events is a full service planning and design company. Our professional team are full time planners, which help us be available to
assist you with any emergencies that may come up or if any last minute meetings need to be address. Our clients love that about us.
Most of our clients are very busy, so when their schedule opens up we try to accommodate them as much as possible to make their
experience  convenient and stress free. Never do we make our clients feel like we are too busy with other clients to assist them. We
work with a certain amount of clients each year this enables us to give each client our utmost attention to the details of their event.  

Its important to us to get to know you, this definitely help us get to know what your needs are and what you really want for your event. We
work with the best vendors to provide the best services to you. It’s your day and it needs to be unique and tailored to express you and
what you envisioned. It’s a good feeling when the event is done and our brides and grooms express that they had the wedding they
always wanted, or they couldn’t have done it without us. Our number one goal is proving an exceptional experience for you to always
cherish and remember.

This all sound so wonderful but it also seems expensive will we be able to afford this?
As a professional planner we understand the time and dedication it takes to plan a wedding, party or celebration event.
For weddings, quite often the client that comes to us after they have planned most of their wedding realizes that we could of save them
thousands of dollars from spending in areas that did not enhance their wedding, or on things they end up not needing.   

The average brides spends up to 400 hours planning their own wedding, waste tons of time and money trying to figure out what to do,
and get so frustrated along the way. Our brides find that the hours they invest researching vendors and planning their own wedding
could be hours they could be making money to pay for their wedding.

Not only do we manage your budget, we only refer you to vendors that are within your budget. We save our clients on average up to
200.00 per vendors by negotiating the best options for you, saving you time and money on costly mistakes. We know what you can get
for your buck and know how to manage your wedding to make sure you get everything that you need and so much more.

Who do you work best with?
As much as we like to work and plan events we realize that we are not a fit for everyone. I work best with clients who really wants help
with planning their event, and do not have the time or know what direction to take in getting started. Someone that wants to eliminates
stress, enjoy the planning process, and just appreciate and value the hard work and dedication I will bring to planning their event.  

Will I still be in control if you plan my event?
Yes… Yes… Yes… and we encourage that you be apart of every decision and be up front about what you want. We want to get to know
your likes and dislikes this helps us bring out the best in your event. Our job is to understand what your desires are, connect you with all
the resources and help you have the best event ever.

Will you work with the vendors I already have found or people I really want to work with?
Of course we will work with them and make sure they provide the best service to you. We also have preferred vendors that we work with
and will refer them to you also. Our goal is to make sure all the vendors involved come together and provide you with the best services
to fit your needs.  

Do you take credit cards and do you have payment plans?
Yes we accept all major credit cards. We also offer several payment options to make it affordable and easy for you. We are flexible and
understand that the easier it is for our clients the easier it will be for us.

Do you operate under a business license?
Yes we do. FSB Events LLC is a license business in DeKalb County.  

Do you take more than one wedding per day?
Absolutely NOT! We dedicate our day to you all of our energy goes into your event so we can ensure that we give you our full and best
potential.

Can we contact some of your past client to see what its like to work with you?
Yes you can! We also encourage you to view our client testimonials on our website.    

By hiring you for my planner does this include my floral décor also?
Our planning and floral décor packages are two separate services, however our clients appreciates the huge benefits they received in
their floral package by having us plan their wedding.  Our clients benefit in so many ways, because not only do we help with the overall
event design scheme as your planner, we are able to enhance the wedding through beautiful lush colors and beautiful flowers.

What will I experience when working with you?
From the moment we start our relationship you will see that I offer a wealth of knowledge and experience in planning events. Your
wedding or event will be beautifully decorated with beautiful colors, details and lots of elements to create a fabulous overall design. I
have a fun spirit and always ready to work. There is no problem I can't solve. I am very serious about what I do and I want you to have
the best experience ever. I will be up front and honest with you, and will provide exactly what I say. You will know that you are in my best
interest. I love to educate you on the process so you feel comfortable when making your decisions so my approach is not just do it my
way but show you with each decision you consider how it may affect the outcome.
